I already have a roommate picked out. Can I still use the shared housing program?
Yes. If you have friends attending the same school who you want to live with, just include their names on your application and make certain that they include you on their applications too.
What happens after you receive my application?
After we receive your application, we review your preferences so we can find you a great place to live with roommates you'll like to hang out with. The review process typically takes a few weeks. Once you're approved, we'll send information and reminders about every 45 days to help you get ready for move-in day. Please keep everything together. You'll need it for move-in.

a. We recognize that moving away from home and roommate living can sometimes be a challenge. We've been in business since 1988 and are experienced in mediating roommate issues toward mutual satisfaction. But, if a resolution can't be made, then transfers are available.
What happens if my roommates don't pay their rent?
